The Institute of Security Technology, recognising that every contribution to national defence matters and supporting the initiative of The Total Defence Association, has joined the organisations that have signed the Charter of Lithuanian Organisations' Commitments to Total Defence (hereinafter – the Charter).
By signing the Charter, we have committed to implementing concrete measures and actions aimed at strengthening our organisation's preparedness, public security and resilience to external threats.
We believe that comprehensive defence is not solely the responsibility of state institutions. Every organisation and every individual can contribute through their knowledge, capabilities and responsible preparedness.
